Start Point: New To Subject Leadership

This guide is really well made and goes in detail about the different aspect of subject leadership to consider when taking the new role. Some of the criteria depend on the type of school we are in so I had to take off some of them but it's really helps me think ahead what to consider and the questions I might ask. thank you so much for sharing this guide.
