Why the name 'Honeyguide'?
Like the honeyguide bird, a guide or mentor can lead a person towards a successful outcome by providing direction, advice and support. At Honeyguide School Leader Support, we utilise our knowledge and expertise to guide and navigate leaders through challenges and obstacles, just as the honeyguide bird helps people navigate through the forest to find a beehive.
This analogy captures the essence of our mission: we’ll be your trusted guide and mentor, providing unwavering support and guidance to help you achieve your goals and create a better future through education leadership.

Our dedicated and enthusiastic team has a breadth of experience across the education landscape. From current and experienced school leaders who have first-hand experience of the demands of leadership, to highly knowledgeable and skilled educational content designers, our team works together with one shared goal in mind – to be a supportive, guiding hand and to lead beside you, so you can focus on what you do best.
