SEND Self-Evaluation Form Template

This SEND self-evaluation form (SEF) template is ideal for any SENCDCo looking for a structured and guided way to evaluate their setting's actions, improvements and development points in SEND over the course of the year.

The SEND SEF template is carefully designed to support you to consider all areas of SEND across your school, which can be challenging to find the head space for when you're dealing with the day-to-day leadership of special educational needs and/or disabilities.
