Unless your senior leadership role comes with a specific responsibility such as behaviour or safeguarding, then a curriculum audit is a great place to start (and if you are behaviour, safeguarding or hold another key area of leadership, we've got audits for this too!) Investigate your school's strengths in its curriculum, teaching and learning, and plan to make improvement by identifying gaps.
