A personal develop audit provides a comprehensive evaluation of the school’s educational practices, identifies areas for improvement, and establishes a clear roadmap for continuous improvement. Gather the views from all stakeholders, including staff, pupils, parents, carers and governors. Evaluate your school vision and strategy, curriculum and resources, pupil support, spiritual, moral, social and cultural (SMSC) development opportunities and relationships and sex education (RSE).
