    Throughout the pack, we’ll explain concepts, guide your thinking and provide scaffolds so you can focus on adapting everything to the needs of your pupils and staff, saving your valuable time and allowing you to be confident and well-prepared for when that call comes through.

    Headteachers, deputy headteachers, assistant headteachers and members of the senior leadership team wishing to develop their understanding of not only the Ofsted process, but also how to support your school improvement journey. 

     

    If you’ve never experienced an Ofsted inspection in a leadership position or one under the Education Inspection Framework (EIF), or if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin, then this pack can support you throughout the preparation process. This pack is also suitable for experienced school leaders.

    Prepared us so well for inspection!

    The information and templates in this pack prepared the whole team really well for our recent Ofsted inspection. We used this pack to gather together everything and complete audits in areas where we weren't satisfied. This highlighted what needed to be worked on and we were able to make rapid improvements prior to our inspection in September. It's very thorough - I highly recommend it for headteachers.
